All products sold by SerDihin are digital goods (game top-ups, in-game currency, digital codes).
Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided in the following case:
- If your top-up or order cannot be completed due to a technical issue from our side.
If this happens, the refund will be issued only as website wallet balance (store credit), not as cash refund.
3. No Refund If:
We do not provide refunds in these cases:
- You provided wrong game ID / server ID / UID
- You changed your mind after placing the order
- Game server delay (not caused by us)
- Your account got banned due to third-party activity not related to us

4. Processing Time
If a refund is approved (only in eligible case), it may take up to 24–48 hours for the wallet balance to reflect.
